Founding

Summertime Produce was founded in 2013 as a branch of Ellermann Farms, a family farming operation established in 1893 and proudly operated today by the fifth generation of the Ellermann family.

Summertime Grain

While the Ellermann family has been involved in grain production for generations, Summertime Grain was established in 2016 as a separate subsidiary focused on grain production and marketing. The structure was created to protect and preserve the family legacy that has been built over more than 130 years of farming.

Today, the Ellermann family continues to combine generations of agricultural experience with modern farming practices while remaining committed to quality, integrity, and responsible stewardship of the land.
